About us

Magenta is a small, independent domiciliary care provider supporting people across Kettering and the surrounding areas. We believe good care should feel reliable, respectful and personal — shaped around the individual rather than a rigid service.

Our background

Magenta was established in 2012 by Rosemarie Davis, Director and Registered Care Manager. Before opening Magenta, Rosie worked within the adult social care sector for over 25 years, gaining experience in both social work practice and care home management.

Drawing on this experience, Magenta was created to deliver care that is properly managed, consistent and dependable — with clear communication at the centre of everything we do.

What matters to us

Through years of experience, we know that the most important aspects of domiciliary care are continuity, reliability and trust. From the very beginning, Magenta has focused on:

• Providing the same support workers wherever possible
• Arriving at agreed times
• Communicating clearly with everyone involved
• Maintaining consistently high standards of care

These principles continue to guide how we work today.

Since opening, Magenta has supported people with a wide range of needs. This includes, but is not limited to:

Every care plan is tailored to the individual and adapted as needs change.

Our support workers

Our support workers are fully trained, with training updated regularly to ensure skills and knowledge remain current. Some staff also receive specialist training depending on the needs of the people they support, and all staff are subject to regular DBS checks.

We believe that valuing our team is essential to providing good care. Some members of our team have been with Magenta since it first opened, helping us maintain continuity and stability for the people we support.

Regulation

Magenta is regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring our service meets national standards for safety, effectiveness and quality.
