Careers
We’re always interested in hearing from people who want to work in care and make a real difference within their local community. If you have the skills, values and commitment needed to provide outstanding care and support, we’d love to hear from you.
We understand that domiciliary care is a demanding role. Diaries can be busy and no two days are the same — which is why we focus on manageable workloads, flexibility where possible, and supporting our staff properly.
At Magenta, support workers are listened to and valued. We don’t wear uniforms, we offer additional training opportunities, and we do what we can to ensure you feel supported in your role.
